Advance Pro Refrigeration

I purchased this 'deal' and paid and advance of $18.00 to reserve it on the 21st of January. Since then I tried without success to contact the owners to via phone and email set-up the work I requested and have had no response. Please refund the reservation fee I paid.

Very well. Contractor arrived on time and installed lighting in a timely manner. He even readjusted in fixture to ensure it was centered.

All the work was performed in a timely manner and nothing was left incomplete to be picked up another day.

All services performed to my satisfaction in under the allotted time.

It was a smooth experience. AC was not working at the time I purchased my new home. Probably as a result of being dormant for a while. Now it works fine. Will use again for heating season.

Very well, though I paid more for parts than I expected. Still, the wiring, conduit, etc was well secured, etc. Very organized updating to the circuit box and all else. Also, the technician checked out a problem I had with dead pugs in the garage and back patio. It turned out to be a GFCI (had to look up the name) in the downstairs bathroom that needed reset. I was amazed that that little circuit thing was disabling the outdoor sockets. He diagnosed the problem at no additional cost, first checking for loose/bad wiring in the boxes and that the resistance was correct.

It went very well.

This was a very difficult job. I called a repair prior to Advance Pro who could not figure out the problem. Advance Pro was recommended and was able to figure out the problem right away and gave a great price with warranty. I was impressed and grateful. They even completed the needed electrical work with ease and professionalism.

It was really good. They were very professional did a great job! He is coming back soon to work on my hot water heater. He did an excellent job at a fair price.

After searching many Refrigeration companies in the Warner Robins area. Many of them told me it would take three to four days before coming to see my problem. I found Advance Pro Refrigeration by networking with my peers. They told me Advance Pro Refrigeration is located in Douglasville, Georgia which is three to four hours away from Warner Robins. When I called them I personally thought they would tell me Warner Robins is to far. Fortunately they told me they will be there in twenty four hours. When the serviceman came he gave me a free diagnosis and told me it's better to replace the equipment instead of fixing it. I did within two days my Central Air was working. Two month later my second Central Air equipment broke. I called them again they came and replace it and gave me a discount since I was a returning customer. I have Advance Pro Refrigeration on speed dial. I would recommend Advance Pro Refrigeration to anyone in the state of Georgia and the United States. Advance Pro Refrigeration are highly professional and great customer service.

We were desperate to find a reliable company that was priced fairly and well experienced.  Advance pro came to our home and immediately identified our issues and provided the necessary services needed.    Further, the service technician was courteous, and respectful of our home.  Cleaned behind himself and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. I was recommended to Advance Pro Refrigeration by a friend. I called them and he came out and looked at it. He told me that the reason why it kept running was because the unit was sitting too close to the deck, so the hot air air under the deck was getting trapped with nowhere to escape which caused the hot air to just keep recirculating. He went ahead and moved it a few feet over and it is now blowing out in the open and runs properly and more efficiently. It's been about 2 years now since he did that and I haven't had any issues since. I was very impressed with this company. He was very honest. He could've told me that I needed a new unit which would've cost me $3000-$4000 and instead I only paid $500 and had the issue resolved and the A/C is now running as it should.

Widner's professionalism and expertise was second to none. When he came out to the home, he gave me a comprehensive analysis of what would need to be done and why. All of the numbers that he gave me were right on the mark. The job was done with such a high level of excellence and detail.
