When I asked each company about competitors, Vanguard is the only company that refused to discuss the competitors. That speaks volumes. The work was clean and they explained each item on my property they were using. After the first hard rain, I checked the crawlspace and it was dry and cool. While the exterior water was running away from the home as it was drawn in their sketch for me. Finally, they offered a payment plan that was flexible.
