The gentleman did not tell me that he only accepted cash or check until after the job was done. Would have been nice if he had told me this before the job was completed so that I could have made other arrangements on payment. It is 2021, everyone should be accepting electronic payments. I would not recommend him simply based on this and the fact that he did not give me an invoice for the services rendered.

Burt made quick work of the necessary repairs (add new tack strips, replace carpet padding, reattach carpet). Friendly guy, very fast response. The price was reasonable as well. Iâ ll definitely use them again if we need carpet repairs in the future.
