Paramount Builders was recommended to me by my pastor. As a single woman, I was very leery about having a major job done on my house but Paramount made it so easy and comfortable from start to finish. The crew was very nice and cleaned up the entire area before they left. Highly recommend!

**** **** **** F ing ****!!! RUN, lying liars !! Do not use this company they lie and ****! I’ve been arguing with them for over 3 years to get the **** windows they installed fixed and replaced. They come out and say up they need to be replaced and disappear. Until I call back and start that F..Ing process all over again every 6 mo. NOW OVER 3 years latter, I just called again and I wait for a call back. The VP DID NOT LIKE MY VERY UGLY EMAILS AFTER dealing WITH THIS FOR Years, no ****, I’m ****** off now!!! I DO T LIKE BEIMG PROMISED TO HAVE MY $24,000 worth of crap windows repaired and then NEVER Getting fixed. I’ve given them more than enough time to fix this situation and have been more than patient, my patients has ran out, LAWYER Time!!! They **** DO NOT USE THEM THEY LIE DO NOT USE THIEM THEY ****. Did I mention they ****? They do. DON’T USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO.

Contracted to Florida Shower and Bath to install our remodeled shower. I have seen better jobs done by the three stooges. They are still working on this install. The original install they failed to install a P-Trap in the drain and argued that it was there - Ended up hiring a plumber to verify no P-Trap. They had to tear everything out to install P-Trap - They hired plumber to install. Still waiting for correct parts to finish install. Worst. Company. Ever.

Their appointment scheduling was horrible. They installed 2 windows out of 9 wrong, they got my order wrong. They missed the appointments for the installers. The windows does not have stickers too. They failed twice when the inspector checked the windows.

They performed better then expected, where on time all windows where installed in 5 hours and was so surprised with AC off temperatures in the house drop 7 degrees you could feel the change. Very happy with everything they did and highly recommend

Very smoothly. The installers were amazing and did great job.

First of all, we way overpaid for new French doors to replace our old French doors. We paid $6,000. Then they said that some brickwork needed to be done that was sagging. We hired a company they suggested could do it for $100. It cost $700, but that company did a great job. Then they complained about the job that company did. We had just installed brand new hardwood floors that they rough cut to fit the door in place leaving a huge gap that they filled with brown caulk. I wanted brass hinges. They informed me that they only had stainless steel. I told them I would prefer brass because everything else we have in the house is brass. They ended up giving me an antique brass but did not inform me that those would void my warranty. The hinges are completely rusted and they will not replace them because they said I asked for them. I did ask for them. But when they informed me they would rust I said to keep the others. They are very, very difficult to get a hold of. I've left messages and had phone calls returned weeks after placing the call. And the doors are ugly. I'm not terribly picky. We are do it yourselves, so I understand how projects work. These are not people I would want to do anymore work at my house. When I asked for replacement hinges they told me they would be $140 because I asked for the brass ones but never got back with me to provide them or order them for me. We spent A LOT of money on these doors to not be supported at all. And they have a lot less window than the old doors. Just not a good experience.

It went well. They had to keep changing the time because of weather but once the work began it went smoothly.

It was a positive experience from beginning to end. We had a great salesman that informed us about their products and was very informative not pushy. Sarah was wonderful to deal with when confirming the appointment with me. The installers arrived on time and were very respectful of our home when installing the windows. Great Company, Awesome service!

They were suppose to come back to check my windows and edging, but they did not show up. They just get my money.

Extremely well. Worked fast, crew polite and professional, windows appear to be top notch. All of the crew worked hard, worked well together getting the job completed quickly and completely from start to finish, especially Ryan's crew.
