The same technician was sent back, but a few days later the toilet wobbled again. Rooter Express sent a different technician the same day we called. He redid the entire project and a week later the toilet is steady and firm. There were no charges except the original charge. We are now quite satisfied. "

When they came by for our scheduled date they left without ever talking to me to explain anything for after care. I have weeds sprouting up and they never came back for their construction cones. We have a 5 year warranty and when I called them up to discuss these issues on 3 different occasions I was told someone would come out and that never happened.
