"This is our second time using One of a Kind Carpenter. They are great to work with from start to finish (calling to book an estimate all the way to completion of project). For this project, we had our exterior crawl space openings all redone as well as remodeling our laundry area in our house. Our home is almost 100 years old, and Chad made sure that all of the changes looked as if they belonged in the house. He made sure to match the custom crown molding in the house, and even went as far as custom creating jeweled doorknobs to match the other jeweled doorknobs in th home. The team was very professional, always on time, and, most importantly, did exactly what we wanted (and more). We will be using their services again!"

"We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. A few issues arose with the subbed out drywall and painting, but this was rectified when Alex was also unhappy with the work and brought in a better crew at no cost to us to finish the work. We also had an issue with the supply of new custom windows that dragged out for many months, but in the end Alex was (finally) able to find a suitable supplier on the third try and the windows look great. Would hire again."
