"Our home was left in shambles (not livable) for over 5 weeks by the previous "contractor" who turned out to be a total flop: no license, no true experience in the scope of project we were doing. We were scrambling trying to find someone to help us with the mess we were left with. We contacted Mr. Martin Lecina, who came out to take a look at the house immediately and gave us a very reasonable quote within a day. We decided to take a chance and hire Mr. Lecina and his crew based on the professionalism and knowledge he exhibited at the initial meeting. To our delight, they started the project the very next week as promised. Unlike the previous horrendous experience we've had, Mr. Martin kept the communication line open 24/7, and ALWAYS kept his words. Despite the fact that it rained HEAVILY for 2+ weeks straight from the very beginning of the project (all exterior work: windows, sidings, stucco repair, wood repair, painting of entire exterior), Mr. Lecina's crew showed up bright and early every single day, and worked non-stop until each day's work was completed. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and skillful. The crew cleaned up and were very respectful to our home, which we greatly appreciated (stark contrast from our previous experience). Errol used his creativity to redesign the space adding a walk in closet, removing the old shower and bath and building a completely new shower from scratch.
