Mr. Lisandro is very reliable and capable. He could identify any A/C issue and offer his expertise at a reasonable price. This is the company I can put my trust in it. After the regular check-up and cleaning, he found the problem and fixed it immediately.

All went well. Lisandro allowed me to watch (and learn) about all of the parts showing me the labels on my system and comparing it to the readings on his multi-meters.

Lisandro helped us work out all the details for our new Ductless Mini Split system. We have been using him to maintain and repair our 2 Central AC units since April 2015. The first Carrier unit he installed this time came from the manufacturer with a defect. Lisandro handled everything and got a replacement Carrier Heat Pump Condenser installed. I always felt informed and thankful that Lisandro had everything in control. Lisandro is one of the most responsive contractors I have ever worked with.

When the air conditioning unit at a commercial building that I rent out stopped working, I met up with several air conditioning companies to evaluate the problem. I ended up choosing North Pole Air conditioning because they were very competent and friendly and they explained in detail what needed to be done. Their price quote was very detailed and fair priced. Changing the air conditioning unit required getting permits from the city for the crane to lift the air conditioning unit on the roof. Lisandro from North Pole did all the paper work for me. He went over and beyond of what was required of him. The company did a great job replacing the unit and getting it running again. I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely work with them again. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and competent air conditioning company. This company takes pride in getting the work done well.

After a licensed electrician messed up wiring in my home, my AC stopped working. With indoor pets, including a long-haired German Shepherd, we definitely couldn't go without AC during the summertime in Florida, so I texted Lisandro late in the evening, and he said he could stop by the very next morning after his first appointment. It didn't take long for him to run some tests and see why our AC was not working (the electricians did not have everything wired correctly), and he also corrected some potential fire hazards, and checked some parts and other wiring with our AC. Our AC was blowing ice cold in less than an hour. Lisandro is the kind of AC tech and expert who doesn't mind curious home-owners asking questions, and watching to see what he does and why. He is efficient, and yet detail-oriented, and gladly takes time to provide helpful information, tips, explanations, and answers to all questions. He treats his customers like family, and it shows with his work-ethics. Do yourself, your family, and your home, a big favor and hire North Pole AC and Heating Services, where the expert and company owner, Lisandro, himself, comes out and does all the work, firsthand, rather than other "big name" companies who usually send out random techs and subcontractors who often do sub-par work that can be problematic in the years to come. It was a great service.  He never marked anything up on the air conditioner, we got a great deal.  He was definitely an "A".  He came out late on a Saturday night, he was incredible.  They get all "A's" and we would use them again.

Lisandro from North Pole A/C was called out after hurricane Irma took out our downstairs unit. Lisandro diagonosed that our old A/C unit compressor was no longer working. He immediately offered a loaner compressor unit that he could install the next morning (Saturday). The loaner was installed on Saturday morning and he provided me quotes for replacement of the unit the same day. The loaner systems was provided to me at no charge and was done to get our house cool as soon as possible. I settled on a two speed Bryant compressor unit with a variable speed air handler (15 SEER system). Lisandro worked with my busy travel schedule to install the new unit (three weeks later). Lisandro and his associate Louis arrived at my house on time for the installation and completed the job without any issues and in a single day. They did a great job on the installation with all pieces installed neatly and professionally. The installation work looks hands down better than the previous system install. The provided everything they promised including all of the agreed upon equipment. I can't say enough good things about Lisandro and North Pole A/C. I have used Lisandro on two houses now and will continue to use him for maintenance and any A/C issues in the future. Lisandro treats you like family and is extremely proud of his work and his work shows.

I called on Friday afternoon and they were there Saturday morning. The located the leak and were able to repair it within 2 hours. all went well

Lisandro has always taken good care of me the past several years. This is the 2nd house he has done a full AC install in. When he put in the new systems, he increases efficiencies and fixes what was wrong in the past install. Like fixing the proper amount of air returning to unit, expanding vents, and rebuilding platforms. He is passionate about his work and outs quality and customers first, he will not let you down. His prices are competitive, but quality of work surpasses that of many companies. Even the building inspector commented of the great job he did after the install. He treats you like family, will take great care of you.

Service was performed in the most and highest quality. Lisandro checked all equipment and found some wiring in the air handler and the damper motor to be faulty after board diagnostics and a condenser wire cut outside. Repair was done efficiently. I also had another concern about the zone operating in the days following and Lisandro came in the next day and kindly went through some settings and all was fine. In another call, A/C stopped working on Saturday night (about 10pm) and Lisandro returned my call 1 hour later and went through steps to address the drain pipe sensor. Lisandro and North Pole offered an unique and EXCELLENT service. Thank you Lisandro!

Usually don’t bother doing Reviews, but North Pole Air, especially the owner, Lisandro, deserves some accolades. He and his technicians are genuinely nice people that bend over backwards to give you an outstanding experience and make sure you are happy and comfortable with the temperature in your home. I had both of the coils on my upstairs and downstairs units need replacement due to corrosion and leaking. He knew exactly how to minimize the costs for me, get everything handled under the warrantee, and took care of all of the paperwork and running around for me. He never pressured me to buy anything or spend any more money than absolutely necessary. VERY refreshing! And here was the big thing, he figured out that the builder of my home had screwed up and not put the proper venting in the attic, not only causing the premature deterioration of my coils, but affecting the comfort level in my upstairs. Units had to run way more than they should. He created custom designed venting for my closed-system, insulated attic, super inexpensively. Now my upstairs is WAY more comfortable and the units don’t have to work as hard. He hooked me up like a good friend! It’s hard to find good people like that. And that’s why I’m writing.

He got right to it and had it up and running by 930pm. Very friendly and efficient. And he charged a fair price. Definetly will call him and recommend him to others in the future.

North Pole AC/Heating did a wonderful job putting in a new AC at our home. Lisandro went out of his way to be sure we were happy with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him.

Our first call was for our AC unit that had been in use for approximately 20 years had stopped working. He called ahead to tell us that he was having a problem with the unit he working on but would still come that day no matter how late. He kept his word, was here working until 9 pm even though it was before a holiday with no extra charge . He cleaned and checked the system; spent a long time to find the main problem was a leak, fixed it, and the AC worked. His knowledge, work ethic, and ability to not just give up but fix things saved us from having to buy a new unit. He has serviced it annually now for 3 years and it is still keeping us cool. We want to add that he has a happy personality and is also a happy, honest worker that obviously loves to do his job and help people. This year an employee came and also did a thorough annual service and AC continues to keep on doing its job. The cost we have always paid is the Angie's List "$149 deal". We feel very fortunate to have found the North Pole!

Lisandro answered the phone in the early evening, made the service call appointment for the next morning, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem (slow leak in the coil), fully explained the problem and the remedies (short-term: add refrigerant; long-term: replace aging system), answered all questions and fixed the problem during that appointment.

I called Lisandro about a failed compressor on a Friday, and he was extremely thorough and took time to answer all of my questions over the phone. He also gave me a reasonable estimated cost to replace our compressor. The very next business day, he sent Luis, a detail-oriented technician, over to our home to replace our compressor and to get everything working correctly. Our local Bryant stores were all out of our compressor, so Luis drove out of his way to purchase one, just so the job could be completed the same day. Luis didn't rush, like other AC techs, but instead, he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly, the first time, and he was very polite and courteous. He did an Excellent job, and he left everything better than he found it. There was a small misunderstanding about work to be performed, but Lisandro and Luis took care of it in a kind, fair, honest, and reasonable manner. Likewise, I very highly recommend North Pole Air Conditioning and Heating Services, and I will definitely continue to use their services for our home, investment real estate, and business needs, and I will refer them to my family and friends in and around Central Florida. In the days of franchises and large companies who care more about their bottom dollar than their customer, it's a blessing to find small business owners who truly care about their customers, and who are honest, fair, and trustworthy, so save yourself some time calling one company after another, and make one call to North Pole AC & Heating to have an Awesome company who you can trust to take care of the cooling and heating needs for the next 20-30+ years for your family and business. Air was not coming out of the vents in half our house. We had anther AC company come out twice before with no luck. We gave up and ended up living with it like that for about a year and a half. Needless to say it was miserable on that side of the house in the summer and freezing in the winter. Lisandro discovered the problem right away. He actually listened to me and what I thought it might be. The other company wouldn't even go up in the attic to take a look. Lisandro and Louis came back and replaced the collapsed ductwork. There wasn't any decking in the attic so that had to contend with that as well. They had it fixed and working properly in no time. And at a reasonable price. I am so thrilled. As are my kids, who have been sweating out the summers on that side of the house. Lisandro clearly knows what he is doing and is extremely polite and professional yet very personable and friendly. I can't recommend him highly enough. We will definitely being using their services again.

When I called, I spoke to the owner, Lisandro, who sounded not only knowledgeable, but also seemed like he loves his job and running his company. I setup a day for him to come look at my old system and get an estimate. He arrived on time and he talked about what he recommended needed to be done, answered my questions and was accommodating of my requests. He recommended a Two stage Bryant 16 SEER 4 ton unit with a variable speed air handler (Models 226ANA048000, and FV4CNF005L00) and a super fancy touchscreen WiFi Thermostat. He also recommended that the air unit gets as much air flowing as possible since it helps tremendously with efficiency, so he said he'll change the current "closet" door where the air handler lives in, to a Louvre style door which has slats/grills to let air go through. He also was going to add a return grill which goes into to the adjacent room's wall, which at first I wasn't sure of, but it wouldn't be visible since the room's door would be blocking it from view. Anyways, he emails the estimate and also several brochures of the system he will be installing, plus all the tax forms and rebates that I was eligible for. I agreed to the contract and I scheduled with him a date to start. On the first day of installation, Lisandro and one of his employees showed up to do the work for the outside and another one came later to do the inside work. They were able to remove the old inside and outside units and also setup the new outside unit on a new cement slab after digging and replacing the old lines and pipes. The inside unit's "closet" was mostly preped and the new return was cut out, but it all still needed to be finished the next day and the air handler installed. The new closet door was also installed today. Luckily it wasn't unbearably hot that night, so not having AC wasn't as bad. On the second day, they finished all the closet prep and installed the air handler and everything got connected and working. They did apparently get the wrong thermostat though (it was very similar), so a new one would be installed the next day. Also unfortunately, they found that the current electric wire that feeds the outside unit was rated for 40amps but the new unit needs 50amps, so now I needed to have an electrician run new wiring because it could be a hazard. I wasn't too happy about this, but I understand issues can come up. Lisandro told me we wouldn't be able pass inspection until the wiring gets done, so I scheduled an electrician to come by ASAP which was a couple of days later. On the meantime, I was already enjoying a new AC! On the third day, the new thermostat was installed, but during the next two days I noticed the humidity was showing as very high and the air didn't feel as comfortable. I spoke to Lisandro and he sent out his employee to take a look again. The issue was fixed and now the AC was REALLY NICE AND COLD! So now I just waited for the electrician to come by on the scheduled date (2 days later). Lisandro's sent his employee Luis to also meet with us to help answer and explain to the electrician what was needed. The work was done in a couple of hours and now all that was needed was to finally schedule our final inspection with the city which was set for a couple of days later and it passed easily since everyone did a great job. I felt like North Pole bent over backwards to make sure everything turned out well. There was communication throughout all the stages of the installation. Even though there were two issues that came up, I still feel like these guys deserve five stars for the quality of the work, the customer service and communication they provide. Once everything was done, Lisandro provided 2 year supply of filters and a company shirt for my wife and I. In conclusion, if you want a reliable, hard working, non scammy company, that will treat you right, then hire these guys!
