They don't just get the job done right, they keep going and get it to look like brand new construction, with every single angle looking perfect. The owner and head honcho Chad is a master carpenter and problem solver that treats your home like his, and his near-obsession with perfection and correct execution is infectious. I had no idea a repair job could look so good afterwards. They use only the highest quality materials. The level of quality work and detail they do would easily meet the obnoxiously high standards of our local Disney World theme parks. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Chad and his crew have worked on some theme park projects around here. Scheduling, paying, and communicating was a breeze, too, thanks to Dale. She was so kind and thoughtful and organized through the whole process, handling all of the paperwork and orchestrating the crew behind the scenes. Top to bottom this is a professional organization and their reputation for excellence is well deserved. You get every penny's worth and so much more - the peace of mind that you did not hire some knucklehead that's going to cut corners or miss something on the job site. Basically, if you are picky picky and your eyes go straight to small details out of place or blemishes, then you won't have anything to annoy your eye when they're done because after they leave the whole place feels fresh and transformed and you can relax knowing that everything was done correctly.
