These guys demolished my kitchen for a complete new install and did a fabulous job. They added a reach-through to the patio, tile flooring, expanded the entrance from the dining room, and replaced the base boards in the entire house. I would recommend Dellefave to anyone.

Water Dock Building Service
The guys are great, professional and do great work in a timely manner. They are young and there is still some learning to do. Part of the structure is out of square with the house and if this had been squared it properly the doc would literally be perfect. It's a small detail but makes a difference in the esthetic. I discussed it with Michael and he took the input like a pro and I'm sure this will be a detail they don't overlook on other projects. I would highly recommend he and his team
