"They were awesome. The only reason I did not give them a full 5 stars is that they probably should have masked off the airvents. They refinished my floors and were quick and efficient and the quality was great. However, there was alot of cleanup to be done from the sanding dust. I think if they would have masked off the rooms, areas and vents, it would have been much better."

In the estimate process, I thought that Premier was tops. They were the most cordial. He was very sophisticated in his interaction. He spoke quite knowledgeably about what he was doing. "They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job."
