Rich came out and refinished our cherry wood floors. They turned out absolutely beautiful. The original floors were stained a darker color, and Rich suggested going with the natural color of the cherry. We did, and we are so happy with the outcome! Simply hardwood floors is a full service company. Rich moved the furniture to refinish the floors and then came back a couple of days after the floors dried to move it back. In addition, there was a small area that did not dry properly, so Rich came back out quickly and fixed the issue. In today's world it's hard to find companies that take pride in their work and deliver excellent customer service. Rich did all of that and more. Please do not hesitate to call him for a quote. I had simply hardwood floor, LLC refurbish the almost 100 Year oak floor that had been under carpet for the last 40 years. Richard the owner explained that the orangish redish color that the oak showed would turn out very light after it was sanded and that he wouldn't recommend staining it. I simply followed his advice. I cannot emphasize enough the high level of craftsmanship and quality of his work. His prices were incredibly reasonable. You will be well served to use this company. He was on time, reliable and a pleasure to work with The flours came out Amazing including several areas he had to repair completely. I would give him 10 Stars if I could.

They did my wood floor in the kitchen and they cleaned my vinyl planking in most of the house. Richard Carrera, John and their lovely helper did it all in 5hrs. Would recommend them highly, and trust me I do not do this sort of thing too often, so I took a chance by hiring them, and ever so glad I did.

Our wood floors had scratches and stains on them. By the time Richard was done, they looked like new floors! He is an absolute professional and I would not hesitate to hire him again. He's honest, dependable and I highly recommend.

Richard did an unbelievable job on our existing wood floors. He repaired the flooring damaged by water and refinished the entire 1st floor. Looks like a a whole new floor. Great workmanship.

Company owner Richard Correa and his associate John did an excellent job repairing damaged areas of our hardwood flooring as well as professionally sanding over 2000 square feet of our first floor in preparation for staining. They completed staining and applied three coats of polyurethane sealer. We are very pleased with the result which which was completed in less than a week. I would recommend Elevate Wood Flooring to anyone interested in restoring their flooring to an excellent result and at a very fair price.

After 20 years of abuse on the wood floors, They made my floors look like new. They were professional, they have pride in their workmanship, and that is hard to find, these days. I would definitely recommend them!

Richard and his team performed a miracle on our 98 year old floors! The kitchen floors had been covered in two layers of other flooring and looked doomed however they made them beautiful! They were professional, worked hard and cleaned everything up perfectly! I would highly recommend them!!
