"The sales rep was fully prepared and early for the appointment. He used a laser measuring tool to determine how much porcelain tile would be needed for the guest bathroom where the others who came to give us an estimate did not. The installer was late every time he came to the house. He had to come back to caulk the areas that he missed and at an additional request, to apply a threshold bar between the hallway carpet and new bathroom tile. Very nice people with whom to work, and they aimed to complete the job to our satisfaction. We are happy with the finished product."
