Prompt, punctual and fast. Also, gave a better quotation than other vendors. Karim was very helpful throughout the process.

Sales did not disclose the features of different flooring wood type and suggested to go with the most popular and cheapest category wood. Installation went fine. Crews are friendly. However ,I am not satisficed with the quality. I felt if I were educated more by the Sales people, I could have picked a better quality flooring wood planks. Maybe the Sales person thought I could not afford it.

They showed up on day of work without the right tools for demo and then said sales person measured wrong and wanted to charge us 2k more. When I refused they cancelled my order. Now I'm stuck with a house in shambles and no flooring. Way to go Empire!!

Empire put a vinyl plank floor last Thursday. They did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them.

The salesman who came to the house was very professional. I will not mention names. We discussed the 2 rooms that needed carpet. We settled on the carpet, price, and time of install. On the day of the install, we had the 2 rooms ready for furniture removal. I waited 1/2 day until 2 men showed up, not like the men pictured in the brochure.  This is false advertising. The 2 men that showed up did not speak English, just enough to get by. I asked where are you from? They said Argentina, 4 months ago. They have just arrived here in America. They removed the old carpet and pad, but there was dirt still on the floor. They had no broom or vacuum to clean up the floor. If I did not sweep up the dirt or vacuum, they would have put the new pad on top of the dirt and laid the new pad down. I cleaned up the room as fast as I could because they wanted to put the carpet down and leave. 3 years ago, I hired Home-Depot to do the living room excellent work. I should have had them do the 2 rooms instead of Empire. Leason learned.

It was such a seamless process. Thank you to our amazing Representative from Empire, he brought many options to choose from and made the experience stress free. Thank you. I will definitely use them again if/when needed.

Another Reported Bad Company Empire Today business hires sub-contractors that show up to jobs late, without complete supplies to complete jobs, no-shows, poor customer service, company requires payments up front, and customer service reps are having customers contracts cancelled after filing a complaint regarding service. Contractors shows up to your home with family members who are not hired through Empire stating there employees of the sub contractors but most are just family members coming along for the job without masks or proper foot equipment for carpeted homes. Covid-19 cases are rising in ALL states and countries and masks should be required. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

After requiring a deposit; cash on delivery of a product that is not installed yet. I mean, I had to pay for a service before any services were rendered. Then the installer was not on the same page as home base, He was upset the entire install.

Our carpet looks great. If you do go with them just request for a top notch installer because they are not all the same according to reviews apparently. But, overall great job, no complaints.
