Mario and his team answered all our questions and repaired flooring that was poorly done by previous contractors. Would definitely use again when needed.

Follow up was a little slow, but all in all they did a vey nice Job, I would say using this company is a pretty good deal.

This is a great company that stays on top of their business! We were truly blessed to have MARIO IZE,QUIERDO, helping us! He over, delivered by actually be able to get our products a month earlier than anticipated. This was a huge help and our renovation has that wouldâ  ve held up our project! Everything went very well. They measured accurately so there wasnâ t a lot of leftovers. The job took several days. Each day the installer left things neat and organized and not in my way as much as possible.

I have been looking for a good carpet company for a very long time. The wait was worth it. I was extremely pleased with the service and my carpet looks great.

Such a nice company to work with! Mario was very personable, thorough with measuring, explaining the options/process. He was quick to return my calls and made every effort to accommodate our needs. Wilson did an awesome job with installing the floors, he worked at a good pace and paid close attention to detail. He left things neat and tidy each day and was very considerate of us living in the home while completing the work. We love our floors so much so that we now are working with Mario on getting carpet for another area of our home. Highly recommend!

From the moment Ashton from Floor Coverings International came in to when he left once the job was completed he was professional precise and knowledgeable. The whole house was done, tile in bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors in master bedroom, living room, dining room, family room and hallway. Carpet in three bedrooms. Everything was completed in less than 3 weeks. The tile looks fabulous, Wilson, the hardwood installer was above and beyond exceptional. He blew me away with how precise and good he was. The carpet installers were here and gone before you knew it and leaving with a beautifully well done job. I cannot give enough praises for Floor Coverings International. The owner Kent, came by to check on the progress at least 3 times. Carlos the tile installer foreman was very attentive and made sure the installers did a good job and even had them correct a very minor thing. . I feel like I have been friends with Ashton, Kent, Wilson and Carlos for a long time. They wanted to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend them for all tiling, and flooring needs.

The sales rep was fully prepared and early for the appointment. He used a laser measuring tool to determine how much porcelain tile would be needed for the guest bathroom where the others who came to give us an estimate did not. The installer was late every time he came to the house. He had to come back to caulk the areas that he missed and at an additional request, to apply a threshold bar between the hallway carpet and new bathroom tile. Very nice people with whom to work, and they aimed to complete the job to our satisfaction. We are happy with the finished product.

Professionalism when they went and scoped the shower job. All the way through it was professional. With their mannerism, they are not pushy and when talking with them its like talking with someone you have worked with for years. Theses guys are really decent. Very pleasurable time having them here. We are really pleased with their ideas.

They worked in my home for a couple of weeks. They were great! They did a beautiful job on my porcelain floors. Customer service was exceptional. Often when guest come in my home for the first time they say, "I love your floors!"
