Chris came by our home a few hours later the same day even though it was a holiday weekend. Chris is extremely hardworking and conscientious about doing quality work and keeping his word. Apex Carpet Solutions did a fantastic job providing value over and above the price which was quoted. We felt like Chris and Alicia both really cared about our job. Apex Carpet Solutions restored our carpets to a beautiful mint condition and eliminated odors and stains which we thought were permanently entrenched. "I got a quick response from this vendor. I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating. I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.
