I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.

His price was very reasonable, way under what the large stores are charging, and with the timing, he cannot be beat! He even picked out the carpet for us and chose a beautiful color that matches our other flooring perfectly. He was very professional and easy to work with!
