I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. "From the moment Ashton from Floor Coverings International came in to when he left once the job was completed he was professional precise and knowledgeable. The whole house was done, tile in bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors in master bedroom, living room, dining room, family room and hallway. Carpet in three bedrooms. Everything was completed in less than 3 weeks. The tile looks fabulous, Wilson, the hardwood installer was above and beyond exceptional. He blew me away with how precise and good he was. The carpet installers were here and gone before you knew it and leaving with a beautifully well done job. I cannot give enough praises for Floor Coverings International. The owner Kent, came by to check on the progress at least 3 times. Carlos the tile installer foreman was very attentive and made sure the installers did a good job and even had them correct a very minor thing. . I feel like I have been friends with Ashton, Kent, Wilson and Carlos for a long time. They wanted to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend them for all tiling, and flooring needs."
