They told us that if had they installed the water heater that this problem would not have happened. It was a ball of some sort that had blocked the hot water pipe and they always remove those when they install a new water heater."

"Our A/C needed a new pump which Dan Crall installed. He also tried to patch the hole in the drain pan with Great Stuff (insulating Foam Sealant); which we agreed to. We were trying to wait until fall to get a new unit. He said he would try and find a piece of metal thin enough to put over the one with holes. He came and measured and never came back. He did what we called him for and tried his best to help us out, but it is safe to say he never found the right size piece of metal. He did a good job and the pump is getting most of the water with only a few drops going in the container."
