After evaluating the problem, they were able to propose a solution that did not require tearing the drywall out. And then in testing the shower afterwards they found that the shower/tub had been installed incorrectly and there was no hot water. And they fixed it! And then I asked them to look at a slow running bathroom sink, and they fixed it also. These guys are amazing! I am already planning to have them back to do some work in my kitchen. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise.
