"Mark did a great job. He's a very hard worker and efficient. He's also easy to talk to - explains what needs to be done and why. He trimmed a palm tree, did root grinding, fixed a broken pipe and cleaned up nicely. REASONABLE PRICING. We'll be hiring him again. ."

"Easy to work with. Found ways to save money whenever possible. Yard was very overgrown and they cleaned it up very well, very hard working people. Did a lot of extra work, fixed fences, hauled off trash. Cleaned up was wonderful. Landscaping work is beautiful. I highly recommend and would hire them again."

"I must say that this company probably did the best job of any tree source I’ve ever had. I was at work they did I mean you couldn’t even tell they had been here except the trees and everything was gone. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable and I’m just very very happy with what they did and will use them again when necessary. It was perfect. Perfect they also picked up some other stuff that I had was gonna get rid of and take care of And I’d I am to do that just a I am to do that just an incredible job.never asked him to do that. The price was very reasonable and I’m just astounded at how good they are."

Small jobs welcome

"Mrs. Kathy is awesome to work with scheduling and walking through the entire project including invoicing/payment process. Mr. George did our land grading and removed a big tree from our premises. I would fully recommend Brown's Land Restoration and we will use them for future projects!"

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Yes, it can be good to remove dead branches from trees. Dead branches can lead to rot in other areas of the tree. They can also cause damage if they fall on a house, shed, fence, car, pool, or other structure or property. However, it’s important that dead branch removal is done safely. If the branch is high in a tree or requires a lift or ladder to access, consider calling a professional tree removal company, as they will have the experience and equipment to do the job safely.

Dead trees are dangerous for several reasons. They are structurally compromised and prone to branch or trunk failure, which can pose a significant safety risk to people, vehicles, and nearby structures. Dead trees can also harbor pests like termites, which may spread to other trees or your home. If a tree died from a disease, it could spread the illness to healthy trees. Additionally, the dry wood is highly flammable, increasing fire risk.

Sudden oak death and oak wilt are different diseases. Oak wilt first shows up in tree leaves while sudden oak death affects the branches and trunk. However, as symptoms in both can overlap, it’s best to consult a professional arborist tree expert for a proper diagnosis and development of a treatment plan.

Transplanting a palm tree is a similar process except for a couple of important differences. First, their root ball doesn’t need to be as large as a “true” tree, which makes them a bit easier to dig up and move around. Second, they struggle more with taking root and staying upright in a new location, so it’s important to give them extra support when staking.

You can start your search for a reputable arborist online by looking for professionals who hold the proper licensing and are fully insured. Next, read through some online reviews to see what kind of service the expert brings to the table, and confirm that they don’t have a history of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Finally, you can ask the professional for a list of references and then call them to ask questions about the service, professionalism, value, and more that the expert brings to the table.
