"[Member Name Removed], I’m truly sorry to read this and hear about your experience. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and I take your feedback seriously. I’ve already reached out personally via email to take ownership of the breakdown in communication and service--and to ensure our team follows through on correcting these issues with your lawn. While we didn’t find a record of your earlier request logged into our system, that’s on us and is what caused the lack of thorough follow-up on the issue. I will be connecting with our team on Monday morning to discuss the importance of logging communication and follow-ups into our system to prevent something like this from happening again. Our mission is to help our clients love their lawn--and clearly, we’ve missed the mark with you and your lawn. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ll be working hard to make it right. Sincerely, Rusty Thompson Owner, The Master’s Lawn & Pest"
"Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I’m truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you experienced — your concerns are valid, and we did not meet the standard of service we aim to provide. In reviewing your project, the two areas where we fell short were clear: communication and the handling of equipment issues. Our equipment did leak oil on three of your newly installed pavers. Although we attempted to pressure wash the stains without success, we ultimately replaced the handful of stained pavers with new ones to restore the walkway properly. Regarding the irrigation issues, the main cause was a problem outside of our immediate control: the water meter installed by GRU was providing very low water volume, which prevented the sprinklers from functioning correctly. Unfortunately, GRU would not discuss the matter with us directly without access to your account information — a delay that should have been better communicated to you. After seeing your review, I personally met with you to address this and was able to work with you and GRU to schedule a water pressure test. The test confirmed low flow (8 gallons per minute when 10+ is needed), explaining the sprinkler and plant issues. Once the water pressure was corrected, we replaced the affected plants under warranty and ensured full irrigation coverage. I sincerely apologize that this process was not better communicated along the way. While the project has now been corrected, I recognize that the path we took to get there was frustrating and could have been handled with greater care and responsiveness. We are using your feedback to make improvements internally, and we truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right."
