When we removed a wardrobe from the bedroom, as we suspected, the installers of the new carpeting had not carpeted under it. The orange based cleaner smells fresh and the steam was clearly visible from the machine wand as he went over the carpet. I felt confident that the heat of the steam treatment was what we needed. I scheduled him to come back on a regular basis. He hooked up a water line to our sink and the collection tank for the dirty water was in his van, which he was able to park right outside our warehouse door."
