Stanley Streamer had been to my house before, knew what they had charged, emailed me a quote, then they arrive and said the price was $120.00 more than the quote, and that they would not be able to get a hall area of carpet cleaner than they had the last time. I told them to leave, called City Carpet and they arrived in a bout a 1/2 hour, and did it for the price Stanley steamer had originally quoted, AND got my hall clean."
