Even when they into a snag with the overhang roof on the back patio which was causing water to collect and the wood to rot, they were able to offer a solution. It did require additional work and cost, however reasonable, which we agreed to do. Juan, the lead worker, did an awesome job repairing it and redesigning the screen enclosure to drain and redirect rain water better. The replacement of the screen for the rest of the enclosure was also done very well. The three men crew worked diligently and left everything clean when they were done.
