We hired Solarus to install motorized screens on our patio. They had a competitive price and a quality product. Tony was very professional and through. He carefully measured the area and took the time to answer all of our questions. Unfortunately, a manufacturing error occurred and one of the screens had to be remade. Rather than trying to correct the problem on the fly during installation, Tony had the screen re-done at the manufacturing facility and was willing to discount the product to compensate for our inconvenience. Great service! Highly recommend this company!

My work was delayed several times. Twice appointments were set and twice changed the day before and one with no notice. Had to call several times with no call returned in a timely manner. The owner did not come to inspect the final install. I was out of town and final install is very poor. The sewing was way off and the awning did not fit so half of the job was taken back to be corrected. But the rework still looked very bad in that the comers don't fit over the frame. I called on Saturday but as usual still no call back. I think they could have done a lot better. My wife was told to tell me that over time it will look better. Time will not make something that was cut and sown wrong look better.
