Josh is very quick to respond usually following up within the business day and has a friendly personality. He's also professional in terms of his invoicing and his pricing is very fair. We had new flooring put in Fall of 2022. Unfortunately the floor in my husband's office broke & we thought it was due to his heavy office chair. Thankfully Josh realized that it was the uneven quarter of the floor that caused the entire issue and strongly encouraged to have it done correctly. This is something that wasn't brought to our attention by the installers in 2022. Josh did an amazing job removing the old flooring, salvaging a majority of the planks, leveling the problem area and providing info along the way and communicating honestly & quickly. My husband was very impressed by his work and we are planning to have him do more work in our home."
