All is beautiful. Carpet Plus was able to lay my wood floors alongside existing tile floors with a long curve. 4 other companies told me it could not be done and the curve would have to straightened. They were wonderful to work with. We are extremely happy with the result!

Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of.

I loved working with Josh, Ben, Jake & the team. Slight miscalculation in the tile ordered so had to wait 2 weeks for the last 2 pieces of shower floor tile. So installation took longer than planned. We had different installers for the jobs as they were months apart.

It went really well. We like the indoor carpet and pad. It both looks much better and feels better than the carpet replaced. The outdoor carpet on the porch also looks good. Installers were careful, did a good job, made an effort to stretch the carpet, and cleaned up after themselves.

Dennie, our salesman, was great to work with. He guided us to the perfect durable, stain resistant, neutral color carpet and underpadding for our new townhouse, purchased as student housing for our daughter entering graduate school. We wanted decent carpet, not luxurious, but also not the typical thin, heap looking condo carpet. Installation went very well and our daughter loves her new carpet. We would definitely go to Dennie again for future carpeting needs. Price was right. Highly recommend.

Very punctual. Would definitely refer him. Once he is completed carpet plus will send out the hard wood installers.

Denny was great. They were very good and the quality of their work was very good as well.

It was perfect. They are very timely and never over-promise when it comes to their arrival. Granted, sometimes you want it done sooner, but I really value their honesty in that regard. The gentleman that I have worked with over the years is Ed Varnedoe. I would recommend him to anyone in the world. I'm not sure that they're the cheapest, but they are the most reliable and you will never regret using them as they do quality work.

It went very well. They moved everything as they went and were very careful. They even painted the molding for me. I am very happy with the finished work!

All of our carpet was ordered on the same day.  The carpet for the living room and master bedroom was wider than the typical width of a roll of carpet.  It took about 10 days longer to arrive at the Carpet Once warehouse.  The carpet for our two guest rooms were ordered and installed in about a week.  The salesperson was personable and helpful.  He did discount our order an additional amount due to the additional wait time on the living room/master bedroom carpet.  That was much appreciated!

Leroy was great to work with. This work was done in a townhouse style condo near UF that we had just purchased.  We are out of town and our daughter is a UF graduate student.  My daughter first went into the store to look at a flooring - both engineered wood and carpet.  Leroy helped her pick out a few possibilities.  He then met with our daughter at the condo to make the final choices. He was very helpful and did not try to up sell her.  A few days before the installation was to occur, Leroy found out from the manufacturers that both the carpet and wood floors we had picked out were delayed.  We could not delay the installation.  Leroy found similar flooring that was manufactured in the USA that was in stock with other vendors.  The carpet was more expensive, but they did not charge us the difference.  The installation went great.  They had to do slab prep, but it was included in the original estimate.  We love the floors.  They look incredible!!  Leroy is very honest an has a great work ethic.

The install date was given by the sales person as 10/13, however they didn't start until 10/14.  My floors were very uneven so there was a lot of patching that needed to be done.  This made the job more complicated and extended the time needed to complete it.  I was very pleased that they didn't charge me for the extra patching or labor to make the floors level.  They were very careful when they moved my furniture.  Initially they set up the table saw to cut the wood near my front door and it flattened some plants.  Fortunately, the plants were hardy and bounced back when they moved the saw. 
The floors are beautiful and I'm extremely happy with the results.  I plan to use them again when I upgrade the carpet in the guest room and office.

The customer service was excellent from the gentleman who measured my room to the installers. I had my carpet installed the same day I picked it out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed carpet.

The service went well, and it was done several years ago. The elder of our church is the owner of the business.  They installed our carpet several years, and we are looking at eventually replacing our carpet. We were friends with each other, so he gave me a discount. The carpet service that he provides is highly ethical. It is a Christian-based business. The quality of the product was also very good. We have had it for the last 12 years, and we haven't had a problem with it.

The installer was wonderful, almost totally dust-free.
