We had new flooring put in Fall of 2022. Unfortunately the floor in my husband's office broke & we thought it was due to his heavy office chair. Thankfully Josh realized that it was the uneven quarter of the floor that caused the entire issue and strongly encouraged to have it done correctly. This is something that wasn't brought to our attention by the installers in 2022. Josh did an amazing job removing the old flooring, salvaging a majority of the planks, leveling the problem area and providing info along the way and communicating honestly & quickly. My husband was very impressed by his work and we are planning to have him do more work in our home."

"Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of."
