Instead of merely giving me a quote for the work that needed to be done, he took care of it on the spot, deftly scraping off the soap-scum build-up, thoroughly cleaning the countertop, and polishing the marble to a sheen, sealing it, and thus restoring it to its original pristine quality. Before he left, William also replaced the grout along the length of our Silestone kitchen countertop. Best of all, he educated me about how to care properly for my countertops, especially the one made of marble; I intend to purchase a scraper and the concentrated cleanser he recommended, as well as the spray bottle that I'll use to dilute that cleanser. Given the outstanding quality of his work, William's prices are wholly reasonable-- and I was so impressed with his skills and expertise, that I plan to hire his company to thoroughly clean our master-bath tile shower, including the grout, some of which will need to be replaced. In short, I would give William and Marble Magic Restoration the highest possible recommendation."
