"Wil and his team are friendly, punctual, courteous, careful, considerate and did great job for our flooring. They are a full package, who have cleaned tiles, sealed the grout, perfectly matched grout colors for 3 different types of tiles, repaired broken tiles and laid down missing tiles for us. They magically restored our dirty old floor tiles and grout to a very nice and clean condition. They even helped us in filling two big holes on the bathroom walls where our old soap dishes used to be, so we can install new bathroom vanity there. At the end of the project, Wil left us one small can of grout for our future touch up. While they worked in our house, we went out for awhile, our car went dead in a parking lot due to battery issue, we called Wil who came right away for our rescue. He jump started our vehicle. "A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.
