"We have a half-moon window in the guest bedroom that we wanted to tint to decrease the amount of heat and sunlight that floods the room. When I first spoke to Robert, he was very cheerful and easy-going on the phone. I am pleased to say that his countenance wasn't any different in person. Robert gave us several options and answered our questions. We opted to place the darker tint without the security film as our windows are new and meets the current hurricane standard for our area. When Robert arrived at our home, he took his shoes off and placed a drop cloth on the floor to prevent any damage or staining to our carpets. He was professional, courteous and gives the impression that he cares for his customers and service that he provides. I would have given him all "A's" but he was late getting to our home. However, in fairness to him, he did call and texted to let me know that he was running behind. I would rehire Robert without hesitation. "Sequoia Builders--Matt was responsive from the first phone call.  He provided an estimate and scheduled work the next week.  In the process of repairing the known termite damage, he discovered additional damage in an additional room and closet.  As part of the repair, we replaced a window.  Matt took care of everything.  He was prompt, professional and courteous.  In fact, he did such a great job on this project, we have since used him on 2 additional projects: replacing interior doors and trim throughout our home, replacing bifold closet doors with french style closet doors.  We plan on having Matt do additional work on our laundry room remodel.  I highly recommend Matt for any home improvement project.
