I am satisfied with my new roof

Would have liked more if they would have put furniture back where they belonged and cleaned up patio . They did remove the big leftover material info but they left all the other trash. I Would have gladly given to Them a broom.

Really great workers. Very polite and respectful.

Showed up on time things went downhill from there. Shingles laid crooked, flashing not caulked, tar on walls, Ryan gave me his word he would return to fix it never did.

No comments.

Everything went so well with the install of my roof and gutters. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I love my new metal roof. I would recommend their service. Also have your new customers drive by to see the roof. Thank you so much.

They were fast and easy and no hassle. They came out did the quote on the flat roof for $1650 and came out as scheduled and finished the same day. Great experience. They did a great job.

Ryan came out to the house with a full survey of the roof along with recommendations and a competitive proposal. His team showed up at the scheduled time and finished the job in the time frame he said it would be. Rep came out and actually got on the roof, where some others just looked from the ground. In the end they replaced my ridge vents (which was my original desire). They did it quickly and at a reasonable price. There was no pressure to do any unnecessary repairs (where another co. said I needed a new roof because of wind damage and that my Insurance co. would pay if I assigned my claim to them. Ya I don't think so!). It has not rained yet, but so far so good. I guess in the end that will be the the make or break. But right now I would recommend.

I was, and am well pleased with my roof. The rep who came out considered my home mattered to them, even though it's very small.. the workers also were pleasant.. on time, respectful, and professional.

Ryan came out and gave a through explanation of the work that would be done and I received an estimate the following day. I had no less than 10 estimates before selecting Mitchell and Sons. They were in the middle regarding the price of my roof replacement but I liked the fact they use Owens Corning products and the warranty associated. They began work the day agreed upon and completed the job in two days. The work crew was professional, polite, and hardworking. They thoroughly cleaned up each day and did a great job. The Building Inspector even commented on how neat and clean the work was done during his final inspection. Ryan had great communication and follow up with me. I highly recommend Mitchell and Sons Roofing!

Best price in town

These guys are great - after a glitch with scheduling for an estimate (no one showed when scheduled - when contacted, tech said he was elsewhere on a job - that did not sit well with owner - they were there next day for estimate) - they had this done in record time - the roof is beautiful, we get compliments all the time, and folks asking who did it - we've had major rains off and on since the install in August - no leaks. They came to do a final inspection, and clean up anything they missed prior day. Just an awesome crew to work with - highly recommend!

My only criticism was not being notified that they would show up later than expected. We were told 9 am and they didn t show or call. I called them at 11:45 am and they said the were completing another job and would be out by 2. They got to my home at 1:30 and the job was completed satisfactorily by 3 pm.

Trying to get a Roof Repair estimate from a roofer when new homes are going up all over Pasco County is a chore. I had several roofer companies that could not get someone to give me an estimate and when I did get one they showed up unannounced even though it had been scheduled. I had one highly regarded company (that's listed on HA) come out and look at my roof. Said they would provide an estimate and then I had to hound them for weeks for the estimate. The estimate was way out of line with the dialog I had with the roofer. I really think they were so busy with NEW Construction they just tossed out a large number to push me away. Then Mitchell and Sons contacted me. Wow - made an appointment and showed up when he said he was going to arrive. Got a call ahead of time too. Very Professional. While he did not have a fancy new truck with Company Logos he made up for it in his knowledge and decorum. I talked about my roof leak and cracked and broken tiles. Asked to see license info and had that with him. Somehow we got on the topic of me being a veteran and I was offered a Vet discount off the estimate as he was writing it. Made my decision right there. I received a phone call prior to appt to let me know the team was on way to do the work. They found the leak and repaired it (that was great) The only reason I am not giving five stars. I would have like to have before and after pictures of the work. The person doing the work did not think to take pictures (not his fault) My suggestion for Mitchell and Sons. Make it a practice to have a member of your team take pictures of the work and make it available for customers. This has added benefit to your company too for Warranty Work and proof of craftsmanship. Even if you have to buy a separate Company Phone make it a practice. Pictures tell what words cannot.

Done on time. Done as promised.

Make sure to have a second opinion before you sign a contract with this company.

Don't hesitate to hire this company. Mitch the owner, has integrity and honesty. He will be there when he says. he will explain what you need to do. We are very happy we hired him. It is a family owned business, and from the first person I spoke with, to the last all were professionals. These are GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
