John was very helpful from the beginning. He met me where my needs were and provided me a new dome, that retrofitted with my existing skylight, which is manufactured by an out of business company. He was very responsive and was available even on the weekend. I would recommend him for your skylight needs.

We are very happy to have come across Florida Coast Skylights, LLC's information to supply and install Solar Attic Fans at our Residential Home in Lakeland Florida. The Owner, John, was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and got us on schedule immediately. The work was performed by Rich and we could not have been happier with his professionalism during the scheduling and install process. I wish I would have known about and installed these Solar Attic Fans years ago. We are very impressed with the Solar Fans themselves and how much hot air they pull out of the attic. Within an hour or so, we felt a very noticeable reduction in temperature inside every room of the house; as well as a reduction in humidity throughout the house. I am recommending all of my Family and Friends to contact Florida Coast Skylights, LLC to have Solar Attic Fans installed as soon as possible. We are also eligible for a 30% Tax Rebate in 2023 which makes things even better!

Let there be light! Finally put some light on the subject in the darkest room in the house. No need to have lights on anymore during the daytime. The installers tore two shingles during installation. They poured tar over them instead of letting me know. I discovered it a couple of months later. They said they were going to come fix them (I picked up replacement shingles). They never have. I don't recommend a company that will damage your roof, not tell you about it, do a substandard repair, then when they agree to come fix it, stop answering your emails and calls.

I had a 30 year old polycarbonate skylight that was cracked and causing a leak on my ceiling. John removed the old skylight and replaced it with a new Impact Curb Mount Glass Skylight. He explained all the details beforehand and then went through it step-by-step as the job was being done. The skylight looks great and I can notice the difference in reduced heat from sunlight in the room. This was for a 2-story stilt home and the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend using Florida Coast Skylights LLC.

They installed a new sky light, without a problem, but when I later contacted them to come out to repair a different sky light, that they had previously worked on and that fell down into my kitchen, they have ignored my requests for over three weeks.

John and his installer were very punctual and maintained a constant line of communication with the whole process prior to installation. The installation itself went great, and I couldn't be anymore satisfied with the end result. The skylight makes a world of difference in my living room and have already received many compliments on it. My whole family has used Florida Coast Skylights for their services and has been very satisfied. I would definitely recommend anyone else to them who's thinking of getting a skylight or attic fan installed also.

Everything went exceptionally well. John made several trips to our home and brought in his roofer and salesperson to ensure that we were making the right choice and that the locations for the installations were adequate. He was patient, offered suggestions and we did not feel pressured. We are very satisfied with the end product and would hire him again.

The process to add both were done in 2 1/2 hours and we love both the solar attic fan and skylight. John is amazing in both explaining the benefits as well as how both would be installed. He made the whole process easy.

This company was well worth the money. We are very happy with the results and the function of the tubes. The owner John delivered what he explained to me. John is very detailed oriented and specific of what he was going to install. John and his workers were very clean and left no traces of dust, ceiling debris, or dirt from their shoes and clothes. It went very well. John was very professional and the job was completed in around two hours total. The skylight is great and so much better then the old cloudy dome skylight that was there. I can actually see the sky through the skylight now. Great experience and wonderful product.

The 2 bathrooms are now the brightest rooms in the house. We are thrilled at the outcome ! This made an incredible difference, and the job went very well, an a lot faster than I had thought. The garage/ attic fan is keeping the overhead areas much cooler than before.

John had explained the process prior to visiting me, he was able to answer many of my questions, and never rushed me during our phone conversation. No hard sell at all. He visited me that same evening, reviewed the area's where i wanted tubular skylights placed. He was professional but easy to talk to, offered suggestions, but did not push any product beyond what I was interested in having done. Gave me some options to consider, and left me a brochure and later that night sent me a description of what he would be doing and included what I could expect to pay. He explained that a profession roofer would be involved in the installation. (they cover the floor and left my house as they found it) Work went smoothly, they worked straight through and completed the job to my complete satisfaction and joy, my living area is out of the darkness, I needed 6 different light fixtures to brighten the room, now it is full of light. My home is more attractive, I can appreciate my flooring and furnishings so much more. I keep thinking I have to shut the light off in the bathroom and living area because it is so beautifully lit, but with natural light. I am so glad I decided to do it, regret not doing it sooner but I am so happy with my skylight and John wanted me to be happy with the change, and showed it. Nice man to work with. Highly recommend the product and the service. And to add to that a neighbor of mine had the same tubular skylights installed over 10 years ago and continues to enjoy them...and never had a problem. that was a great endorsement for me.
