We were very satisfied with the job. We booked the special ($89 for 3 rooms) and received notification the same day acknowledging receipt of scheduling. The next day we received notification of a date they could come out and we agreed on the date. The day of the cleaning they were running a little behind and they called well in advance to let us know. A courtesy call is a great sign of professionalism. They were very kind and the job did not take long. I was very pleased that a stain I was unable to get up in the past was almost completely gone. I was not aware that they also do the hallway (although not advertised) and I was not prepared, so things were in the hallway, but to my surprise they moved those items in order to get the hallway done as well. I considered that a bonus :-). The floors looked really good! I would definitely recommend this company again. A family owned business not out to rip you off and do a great job as well. Thanks!!

"I purchased this service through a deal offer and I couldn't be more satisfied.  There was some confusion initially with scheduling due to technical difficulties with the messaging system through Angie's List but it was actually better that I postpone the appointment to the following week.  Once the appointment was scheduled things went smoothly.
Mike called me about 15 minutes before they arrived just to let me know they were on the way.  When they arrived they were both professionally dressed with the company logo on their shirts.  They came in and I showed them around the house and they explained that some of the furniture that I had things in would have to be emptied as their insurance carrier would not cover if broken, which was fine with me.  I would rather be aware of a potential problem then have to deal with it after the fact.  I emptied the curio cabinet and they moved the piece to clean the tile and grout.
I say that I was surprised at how clean they were able to get my floor is an understatement.  I had one area in the house where I always had a rug covering the floor.  When I pulled up the rug in preparation for them coming I noticed how discolored the tile and floor were next to where the rug was laying.  I kiddingly showed Mike the area and told him I expected the grout and tiles to look like the area when they are finished.  I have to say that when I look in the dining room I can't tell where the rug ever was.
I then asked them if they could clean an area rug for me as I have a new puppy that may have piddled on it a couple of times.  They were glad to clean it and again it looks like the day I brought it home four years ago.
I cannot say enough about McComb's, their service and professionalism are outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their tile and grout cleaned.
