"I called this carpet company yesterday (after hours) and left them a message of my issue.  My rental property had severe water stains and my poor tenant was very worried.  I received a call back with-in about 15 minutes from the owner of the company.  I greatly appreciate the prompt response but the work product was even better!  The carpets look better than before the leak and the whole house smells fresh and clean.  A fair price, friendly service, and a fantastic outcome is what I found in this company.  I will absolutely be calling them from now on when I need floors cleaned in any of my properties!!!!!  I am absolutely satisfied!!!"
