He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. "I called this carpet company yesterday (after hours) and left them a message of my issue.  My rental property had severe water stains and my poor tenant was very worried.  I received a call back with-in about 15 minutes from the owner of the company.  I greatly appreciate the prompt response but the work product was even better!  The carpets look better than before the leak and the whole house smells fresh and clean.  A fair price, friendly service, and a fantastic outcome is what I found in this company.  I will absolutely be calling them from now on when I need floors cleaned in any of my properties!!!!!  I am absolutely satisfied!!!"
