He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. He was flexible and worked to get me scheduled before the holidays and around my hectic schedule. We have two dogs and and a sandy landscape; needless to say, our carpets and upholstery were in dire need of a deep cleaning. By the time he finished, by carpets were brighter and spot free as I had hoped for. He offered tips and suggestions to maintain a brighter and cleaner carpet longer. He took his time on the upholstery going over it 2x and even hand-picking out stubborn white dog hairs. He was courteous, professional, timely and personable. I would recommend and use As You Wish again."
