We were very satisfied with the job. We booked the special ($89 for 3 rooms) and received notification the same day acknowledging receipt of scheduling. The next day we received notification of a date they could come out and we agreed on the date. The day of the cleaning they were running a little behind and they called well in advance to let us know. A courtesy call is a great sign of professionalism. They were very kind and the job did not take long. I was very pleased that a stain I was unable to get up in the past was almost completely gone. I was not aware that they also do the hallway (although not advertised) and I was not prepared, so things were in the hallway, but to my surprise they moved those items in order to get the hallway done as well. I considered that a bonus :-). The floors looked really good! I would definitely recommend this company again. A family owned business not out to rip you off and do a great job as well. Thanks!!
