AAA Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We have used this company several times in the last few years and they do a MUCH better job than everyone else. Canin actually spends time to try to remove stains, is knowledgable, thorough and fantastic. He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. I won't make that mistake again-- I'll hold out for a date when Canin is available!

They were quick, they were helpful and they were extremely good.

I use his service at least once a year. He has taken care of us for about eight or nine years. I would not use anyone else. He is so personable and kind. He is so eager to please us. He is meticulous and after he completes the work he will ask if there is anything else he can do. He has excellent customer service. He is prompt, professional, and a real gentleman. Cannin always does the work himself.

The work went really well. We have used him before. He is very polite and very professional. He was on time. He called me to let me know exactly what time he would arrive. He gave me an hour window and he was on time. He is just very polite and professional. I keep saying that over and over but that is what he is. He goes above and beyond on how he treats the customer.

We were very pleased.  We agreed that the carpet probably wouldn't clean, it was a rental.  So we replaced the carpet.  The installation was wonderful and the carpet was fairly priced.

Very Timely and Professional, did not know what to expect when called this company, had seen the work done on other neighbors houses so I could compare services. The initial inspection of the work to be done was very consice and complete, they explained everything they would do. On the day of the appointment they showed up on time, did the job to the highest standards, explained what they were doing as they went along, did not leave or cut any corners, and did a very complete and proffesional job. I'm Impressed with them, as a side note, one of the neighbors came over to watch them working and after seeing what they had done , he commented that another company had done the same job in his house, but had not done such a throught job and actually cost him more money. I will not only recomend this company, I want to commend the workers who came to my house, That is the kind of personnel I would love to have in my company.

The service man is careful to put pads under each furniture leg to deter the carpets/flooring from becoming damp and to protect the furniture itself.  Very satisified or I wouldn't reuse him!

I don’t remember how much I spent.  My wife was very pleased with the work they did.  They were on time.  They did a great job.  They are flexible.  I will use their services again in the future.

Overall the carpets look much better. cannon stated from the start that the stains might not come out and some of them didn't but I know he did his best. very nice and no surprises.

My carpet was heavily soiled from two elderly cats with gastric issues.  In no way did I expect them to be able to clean this carpet and was already planning out, in my head, how to deal with replacing the carpet.  To my amazement, with the exception of two small areas, the carpet looks better than new.    I couldn't be happier with the results and I would whole-heartedly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

The person who answered the phone and made my appointment was also the owner/operator who arrived to do the work. He was prompt, professional, and very skilled in adjusting his equipment to thoroughly clean the old carpet without damaging it. He worked very hard and we were very well satisfied with the results. The price was as originally quoted. There was no attempt at upsell. We would definitely use this company again.

I went great.  He was on time, friendly, fast, and gave me instructions at the end.  Carpet cleaing in general has gotten pretty pricey for anyone that does not leave your carpet soaked and they left it pretty dry.  It was a great job.

Couldn't be more pleased.  The home is four years old.  We have lived here for one year. Since purchase we intended to replace carpet with hardwood but we just havent gotten there.  So, I decided to have the carpet cleaned to hold me over until I had the energy to take on the project of replacing all the floors Who would have guessed?   I have a like new, high quality carpet.  It will  be a while before I can in good concience justify disposing of an entire house of carpet as lovely as this just because I want hardwood.  It will happen one  day. This was a wonderful experience,  A true professional.  Someone you will be completely comfortable inviting into your home. I have already recommended him to friends and family. This is my first experience since joining Angie's List.  Just wonderful    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cleaner from AAA Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Company was excellent. He was responsive. He was punctual. He does quality work. His prices are reasonable. My whole family uses him. I would continue to use him in the future.

Altho' it was only a small job I felt I received the very best service. Cannin spent at least an hour doing the (overdue) cleaning and I was very satisfied with the result. He was extremely professional and personable and I'd highly recommend him. I didn't even remember to mention the Angie's List discount but he reminded me saving me 10%. I will definitely use AAA Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again.

I found Cannin on Angie’s List, was impressed by his reviews, and decided to  give him a try. He was easy to reach by phone, answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner, and gave me a very reasonable estimate based on the square footage of the carpeting that would actually be cleaned. As promised, he called when he was about 30 minutes from our home, and arrived at the scheduled time. As other reviewers have previously mentioned, I very much appreciated that he did not try to sell me products I did not want (ie Scotchguard, deodorizers, etc), and gave me some good suggestions about what kind of carpeting to get (we have a large dog) when we were ready to replace our carpeting. Happily, we won’t need to do this for some time, because when Cannin finished the job, the carpet looked better than it did when we moved into our condo 5 years ago. Not only that, but Cannin charged us half what we had previously been paying to have our carpeting cleaned once a year, and the job he did was 500 times better. Not only was the carpeting wonderfully clean, it was only slightly damp and was completely dry within 6 hours, and now has a softer and thicker texture than it ever had before!
