"Chris has done two jobs in 2025, the first was a sink install to which another Company wanted $1,200.00, Chris completed the job for about 1/3 the price. Today we had a clogged toilet which was back washing into the shower and sink. Chris came on his day off and fixed the problem utilizing a pipe camera. Wonderful results on both jobs, this guy is our go to plumber and is highly recommended."

"Derek came out and inspected a home that I was considering purchasing and saved me a ton of money thanks to him. I would’ve never caught the potential $30,000 worth of repairs that there is no way I could ever afford. Thank you, Derek!"
Sylvania electrical panels, particularly those from the Zinsco-Sylvania line, have major design flaws that can lead to overheating, melting breakers, and fire hazards. These issues stem from a faulty internal bus design that can cause loose connections, electrical arcing, and breakers that may fail to trip during an overload.

"I needed a new A/C unit, both inside and out at my apartment in Ocala. Dave and Christian were ..... so great! Polite, kind, professional, courteous. They both introduced themselves, asked if they could the sink or bathroom. Just super nice guys. They collaborated well together and helped each other out. They said please and thank you and I got you to each other! (I work in HR--- can you tell?) My expectations were exceeded with these two. I will recommend your company to anyone I know. Well done!!"

"I had no hot water - a busted pipe under the slab. I called a different company who wanted me to hire someone to locate the exact place of the leak and then they would come back and fix it for me (I was charged for 2 service calls to get to this point.) Late in the evening I called Unplugged #2. I was immediately impressed with them showing up that late to take a look for me, and in their uniforms they even looked professional! He was quick to locate and identify the issue. It was late and my kids were going to bed, so it was best for them to come back the next day. He shut the hot water off and fixed it so we would at least have cold water for the night (we had no water up until this point.) The next day they came back and immediately got started. He found the leak and replaced the lines rather quickly - in about half the time that the other company told me it would take! I was at work, but he kept me updated through the process with information and pictures. They cleaned up their mess and were on their way. The cost was very fair and manageable for my tight budget. He even messaged me the following day to check on everything. They made this experience less painful, that's for sure! I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs - I will never call anyone else!"

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

That pungent rotten egg smell coming from your drain is likely the buildup of biofilm—hair, skin, and soap scum that turns into a black sticky mess. In this case, pouring down near-boiling water, baking soda, and white vinegar will remove the smell. Keep in mind that a rotten egg smell is occasionally a sign of larger sewage line clogs and other related issues.

You can unclog an AC drain line for free if you already have these household ingredients: water, vinegar, and rags. Alternatively, if you’d rather not deal with the mess, you can hire a pro to clear your drain line. If you go that route, an HVAC service call costs between $100 and $250.

First, find the cleanout pipe in your yard. Unscrew the cap—you may need a wrench to do so. Then, get a drain snake. You can use a non-motorized one, but a motorized snake will make the job a little easier. Feed the snake through the pipe until it reaches the clog. Spin the snake continuously, but don’t try to feed it through the pipe anymore. Keep spinning until you feel it break the clog apart.

A two-way cleanout can help if there’s already a clog, but the best strategy to prevent one is by not rinsing grease, oil, or fat down your drains, not flushing or rinsing coffee grounds or egg shells down your drains, flushing only human waste and toilet paper (so no diapers, period products, bathroom wipes, or paper towels), and using drain guards on all of your drains.

Yes, you can pour water down the toilet to help it flush. For each flush, you’ll need 1 to 2 gallons of water for newer toilets or 3 to 5 gallons of water for older toilets. Rather than dumping the entire bucket in all at once, pour the water in slowly for the best results. If you’re pouring water down the toilet to help it flush after a clog, only use 1 gallon of hot water.
