Our entire cleaning staff has had background checks performed, and are covered under worker’s compensation insurance. Additionally, we are fully bonded and insured and we cover all payroll taxes. We continually strive to use the most effective, efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning supplies available to make your house shine. We come when you expect us, and we clean your home as promised. Every time. We are members of the West Florida BBB, The Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI) and a charter member of Cleaning For a Reason (C4R)– the non-profit charity that cleans homes for women going through cancer treatment. They always arrive within the one hour time frame they say they will. The two person cleaning team did above and beyond their skills. House looked and smelled fantastic afterwards. Been using them for a number of years now. They are trustworthy more than any cleaners I have used. Price is fair. They are very flexible to work with as far as scheduling.

cleaners arrived on time and completed the work in a little over and hour. we reviewed what I wanted done and went to work. they were polite and asked me to check to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They did a deep clean because it had been soome time since I used them last. Did a great job and I now use them every two weeks. I've had them cleam my house in the past, and they always do a fantastic job.

I have been with this company for 3 1/2 years and find the staff very professional. The cleaners do a thorough job and at times I leave to do errands while they are in my home as they can be completely trusted.

Excellent, as always. I have been using this service for several years and have not had a complaint. I have also had them clean my windows which I will do again. I usually am not at home when they service my home and have never had a problem. They are a little more expensive but the dependability and reliability are well worth it. They have good employees who do their work professionally.

This is a very well-run company; they care about the integrity of the work performed by their incredible staff. These ladies work hard to make my home clean, and we are very grateful to have them. We have them scheduled for every four weeks and this has been ongoing for several years. They note our preferences and pass the information to their teams of cleaners so there is an appreciated consistency to the work done. The work is completed in a timely matter. We have never had to call and have something redone. They strive to meet your expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone .

I would not recommend The Cleaning Pros at all. This is the first and last time! I contacted The Cleaning Pros through Angie’s List. Their office set up a time to come out to give me a quote. Then the office called and canceled it. They said they didn’t need to come out to give a quote. The Cleaning Pros gave me a quote based on the square footage of my home for a deep cleaning. I left a check for what I thought was about half of what the approximate quote was and gave them a credit card for what they needed to charge for the balance once they knew the exact amount after cleaning. Even though The Cleaning Pros obviously grossly underestimated the job cost I approved them to bring out 2 more cleaners. Not only did they charge me several hundred dollars more than the original quote but they did a horrible job. They made a point of going over all of the aspects of what they do on a deep cleaning to include and I quote “they get down on their hands and knees and wash the baseboards by hand”. They didn’t wash the baseboards, they didn’t clean front and back of all doors as promised, they didn’t clean the door frames, they didn’t clean the shower glass doors, they didn’t wipe down the counters in the kitchen, they didn’t wash a few dishes in the kitchen sink or clean the kitchen sink itself, they didn’t make the one bed left unmade, the floors looked awful, windowsills on the inside were not wiped down, there was toothpaste left behind the sinks in the master bath, and I could go on and on. When I arrived home and saw how bad the cleaning job was I reached out to someone right away. I was told she would get with the cleaners and get back to me in the morning. Now after $598, days of repeated attempts to talk to someone with no response I felt I needed to do this review. I entered a review on Facebook page too and The Cleaning Pros answered back there quickly with a very unprofessional response. I was willing to try to allow The Cleaning Pros to come up with an way to somehow make this right but they didn’t even try. I would have removed the negative review had they done that, but now I feel people should just be warned about The Cleaning Pros. This company is obviously not equipped to do a professional job. The Cleaning Pros were unprepared to do a proper estimate, unprepared to communicate professionally and unprepared to do anything remotely close to what they promised. Anyone thinking of using this company should do so at their own risk.

"We are sorry you had this experience, had you been forthcoming over the phone about the condition of your home, we would have come out to do an estimate and increased the quote by double..... 99.9% of our quotes are given over the phone and are accurate if the client is honest. Your home was quoted based on normal condition, you were not forthcoming about the condition of your home. As soon as our cleaners arrived they called the office about the condition of the home. We called you right away letting you know that this home was going to take more time than originally quoted because again you never mentioned the condition it was in. This job needed a whole other crew and still could not complete in the time you allowed. You left a check for $250 and did not leave a credit card. We had to tell you that we would be pulling off the job unless you provided a Credit card. You then after us saying that texted us a picture of your credit card info. Our cleaners did an amazing job in the time you allowed. We have before and after pictures and we stand by the quality of work they provided on the areas they had time to clean. To say we didn't communicate is false too......I have email and text proof that we have communicated with you before and after the cleaning. We wish you the best."

The first time they came out was fine, but I did not take the time to check to make sure everything was done. The second time the house didn't feel or smell cleaned at all. I know that the kitchen counter tops were not cleaned, the floor mats were not cleaned, the floors were not cleaned and the baseboards were not cleaned. Their employees are just not trust worthy to do the job you are paying them to do. And it is a shame that I have to take the time to check everything to make sure it was done. Their services were definitely not worth the $149 they charged! Yes they offered to have someone come back out, but I don't have time and should not have to watch over your employees! I will keep looking for someone I can trust.

"100% customer satisfaction is our goal with every house we clean. While we do have a quality control manager that does daily quality checks, she cant possibly check them all and If we had a team in a home that did not provide the great quality we promise, we are unaware unless the client reaches out to let us know. While our policy asks that concerns are reported within 24 hours of service, we immediately tried to resolve the issues when you called 2 weeks after the cleaning. Unfortunately that was not to your satisfaction either and a monetary solution was ultimately your request in lieu of a poor review. We do believe we tried to handle this professionally and wish you all the best in your search to find what your looking for."
