"Victor has done an absolutely amazing job on my ball and stick corner chair. It’s from late 1800’s and to say I’m extremely happy about how it turned out would be an understatement! Thank you Victor and Family Furniture antiques in winter park Florida for restoring this piece. It’s an absolute treasure"

"I needed to replace my 53' x 12-15' deck, which is also my front porch, completely. I had to let my first contractor go because of continued postponements. I had the permits and the posts and framing was done and passed inspection and the deck boards were on site, but that's it. Two other contractors didn't bother to even quote the cost for finishing. Nick did and was very reasonable. He pointed out major errors in the railing system on the part of the first contractor, installed the decking, posts, rails and cable railing, lattice work, stairs and trim. ALL BY HIMSELF IN 10 DAYS. I didn't think it possible! The work is very well done. Every time I had a suggestion or concern on how to proceed with some aspect of the project, Nick either had already thought of it or had a better idea. He is very knowledgeable about his profession. I strongly recommend him and will use him again for future projects."

"Don, his wife, Phobe, and daughter, Chanel, were OUTSTANDING! We have had multiple projects over the years, but they not only met expectations but EXCEEDED anything we were expecting! Don is extremely skilled, did such a great job, and went above and beyond! I was also impressed with his communication, knowledge, ability to answer our question in a warm, and easy-going manner. We HIGHLY recommend Miller's Maintenance for your projects."

"KD Handy was fantastic. Karl takes the time to think about the best way to accomplish the task first, which makes the whole job go well. They work to get the job accomplished during the time frame they allotted and cleaned up before leaving. One of the jobs was to put up hanging racks that had to be trussed in the ceiling of the garage. Priced right too! I'm hoping he will have time in the next few months for more work at my house after his many good reviews."

"Cory is a carpenter by trade and is highly skilled in all things house repair and remodel. We thought we had a vinyl siding issue, but it was a problem with the original window frame construction. Cory was able to fix the root cause of the water damage by taking an outside wall down to the studs and rebuilding it inside and out. I m so glad he was able to complete the full repair with high quality workmanship. He s reliable and is careful to consult with the owner on all decisions."

"Southern Rust Woodworks has the best custom built products around. I have several pieces he has made for me, and I get asked all the time who did them and how to contact him. He can make anything you want! Or if you donâ t have an idea, he has great ideas himself. My house is basically a Southern Rust Woodworks showcase. Love all my pieces and they are excellent quality. Love all his products!!!"

"David came out to paint a four rooms in my home and repair some drywall. He got the job done with perfection! The attention to detail was spot on. Very professional and just a great guy in general. He will definitely be my go to for any home repairs or remodeling needs! Thank you David."

"We have health issues and this team performed outstanding customer care and workmanship. They replaced the duct work and replaced the ceiling vents throughout the house. They made sure that no debris entered the interior of the house through the ceiling vents. What little insulation did enter the house through the entrance to the crawl space, they vacuumed . They were prompt and wore masks the whole time. I definitely recommend this company. My only regret is that they do not perform painting and carpentry work!"

"This guy is the best! My 20 year furniture looks brand new. No one else would take on the work. This company did and nailed it (no pun intended). Highly recommend. Couldn't be happier. A+"
