"This was a big project. We have 3 - 10'x 8' sliding patio doors, the doors are extremely heavy. All required new sliding hardware, and one set of doors was frozen in place. We had a set of tracks that was severely twisted and bent. Tal assessed the project and brought in his crew to help with the removal of the panels. The process took a full day. "Russell called about 15-20 minutes after I received the list of possible locksmiths. I told him my needs, I needed a key for a keyless entry system as a backup. I also told him the remarks I received from two others I called BEFORE my apb to Angie's list. I just couldn't believe what I was told, "would have to replace the cylinder." My response was no thanks that is not what I need to have done. Russell said no problem he could do what I needed, we made an appointment for the next day at noon. He said he would call about one hour before. Sure enough the call came and he was here about 50 minutes later.
