We did not show for the rest of that week since it called for 70% or better for rain. A phone call and message was left and Keith informed you verbally, in person, if it is raining we will not be there. Clearly, you cannot install new pool tile in the rain. Not to mention bond coat or plaster a pool in the rain. Furthermore, if you remove the rain days out from the start to finish time line, it took us 2 weeks or 10 business days. As to the the extra investment you mentioned, we did NOT ask for."

"this customer is so awful. first it was text me and i will unlock the gate. this never happen. we had to jump the gate go knock on the doors. both front and back to get him to answer the door and unlock the gate. then he would stand right next the crew while they where working. most of the time getting in the way. on top of that he , with out saying a word to any of them. but not say anything to the crew. be he sure would call and complain that no one is communicating with him. customer was informed step by step what the process was in person with Jim and jack. this was also put into the contract he and his partner both signed. then said c"

"First I like to say what a line of crap. This customer was informed we do Leak detection for 300.00 TO locate the leak. She refused. All she wanted done was another patch put where the first patch was done. Customer also stated pool was drain empty. Water was waist deep. And i am 6foot 2 inches tall. We did remove the old patch and installed a new patch. 3 weeks went by and then we got one call asking us for a bill. We sent out a copy of the first bill. To this day (08-10-2016) the bill has never been paid. Even though, we did the work requested Perhaps next time the customer may want to have a full Leak detection done to confirm where the"
