"The mover's called in the morning and told us the time they would be there, they were a little late (15-20 min) but nothing significant.  The two men who came in and saw all that needed to be done.  They were careful in moving items and  asked questions when there were any concerns.  When they arrived at the new home they were very accommodating (despite the fact that I had them move the same dresser three times!)  When they were done then insured that I was content with the work done and reviewed everything.  I felt the whole move went smoothly.

Originally thinking I‘d need 3 movers, Trey and LeDon made fast and excellent work of clearing out my 2 story townhouse and moving me into a 2nd story apartment with just the 2 of them! With some large solid wood furniture and turns/spaces/stairwells I thought would difficult to move around, they made it look easy. They were very friendly, professional, and timely. They met the time frame I was estimated ahead of time, as well as the morning of. The anxiety I had prior to moving day quickly dissipated once they got started and things could not have gone smoother. We purchased a deal through Angie's List to move out most of our belongings when we bought a new home. Our plan was to leave furniture at the house we were selling to stage it. In our initial move we left some bedroom pieces, a living room set, a dining room set, a kitchen table, and some kitchen items, as well as wall hangings. The house sold in 3 days and we had to move out the remaining items within 2 weeks. Since I had just used Start Moving a few weeks prior and was thrilled with their service, I called them and set up another move date.

The move went off without a hitch and the team was fantastic. I do not plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did, I would contact Start Moving.
