From the first phone call to finishing the move, the entire experience was nothing short of smooth and excellent. I appreciate flat rates for each day of the week - no weekend increases. This was a huge selling point. Devon and Jeff were the best. It was the first time movers have been on time in my life, and I’ve moved quite a bit in the last 15 years. At one point, I dropped two 50 dollar bills on the floor, and they found and returned them. Honest is an understatement. If I move again (I don’t plan to for a while, but you never know!), I will absolutely be calling A-1 Affordable movers. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

After calling multiple moving companies, these guys were the friendliest and cheapest I found. I was actually referred to them by someone else who uses them years ago for their move. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and got to work. They were extremely professional, diligent, and went above and beyond for our needs. They even built a new dining room table for me! I stressed about our move for weeks prior, excited yet dreading the day. These guys made it so seamless and took so much of the load off of us. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of movers and will use them anytime that’s needed in the future!

I was referred by someone I know and boy am I glad I called them! I needed two pickups, two storage units, and a pod unloadedâ ¦ and I needed them to do this all within a day or two of me calling. As their name states, they're affordable, but more than that, they're also intelligent: their estimate was very accurate, they new how to handle load in and load out in an expert manner, and they were personable and kind. I'm an elderly person greatly downsizing from a large home into a small apartment in a retirement community. They made the move stress free. I'm so glad they were recommended to me.

The team arrived on time and got to work immediately. They don't waste time and are efficient and loading quickly and taking care of each item to ensure it stays in the condition it was loaded. This is my second time using them in 7 years and they are still the same quality focused group they were the first time hired them it was a memorable positive experience. We called them last minute and they did not apply any kind of upcharge or additional fees their rates are the best and they take pride in that as well.

Mr Mike and Marlow came out and worked their magic. Loaded my 15 ft truck in less than 1.5 hours. It was absolutely Amazing how quickly, and orderly they worked. I was so impressed by their work ethic, experience, expertise. 5 stars isn't enough!
