He kept in communication with his quote which was extremely reasonable, the timing of the job, and what we wanted for paint colors, etc. He uses high quality Sherwin Williams paint. "We needed someone to paint the exterior of the house and replace some posts and panels for a stretch of fence that had rotted and come down in the wind. A couple of quotes I got were crazy high…and them Sami and his son came out The price they quoted was excellent; now I just had to see if they knew what they were doing. Happily, Sami is the real deal. He cut in the painting expertly and did an excellent job overall, cleaning up after himself as he went. The fence was a bear, as the rotted posts were still anchored in concrete. He and his son dug the cement out, poured new cement, set new poles and reattached the existing panels. The work was professional, the results look great and the price was very reasonable. Now, they are my go to guys for any handyman projects that come up. Highly recommend!"

He listened to what we were wanting to do and told me exactly what they needed to do to get us there. It worked out great because he came in with the best quote in the end anyway. "Mikalai removed, replaced, caulked and painted some rotten wood siding on my home. I received and approved the estimate on a Friday and the work was completed in one day on the following Tuesday. The work is of the highest quality and the work site was cleaned up as if no one had been there. I was concerned that the plantings in the area would be damaged during the work, but great care was taken and harm was done.
