Happily, Sami is the real deal. He cut in the painting expertly and did an excellent job overall, cleaning up after himself as he went. The fence was a bear, as the rotted posts were still anchored in concrete. He and his son dug the cement out, poured new cement, set new poles and reattached the existing panels.
