"R.A. Beecroft, INC did fantastic work on our job. From the initial meeting to executing the work being done, they were professional and communicated very well. I know many people might not be putting in diving board pedestals but if you need custom concrete work done, this company can do it and do it well. I recommend to the highest degree."

Customers say: True professional

"Leandro the manager and Maria are a pleasure to work with. We went over the job to replace and seal all the pavers around my pool, select the pavers and replace the bottom portion of our pool screen which were 11 years old. The work team of 3 was professional, hardworking, paid attention to detail and very knowlegeable. They arrived on time everyday, worked diligently, left work areas clean, were friendly and always checked to see if I was happy with the work at the end of each day. They did an amazing job and created a beautiful pattern with the pavers recommended by Maria. They charged a fair price. I got 9 quotes and they were in the middle price wise. Our family loves our newly renovated backyard. Thank you for the incredible work your team did and your suggestions. I wanted a more modern look but still maintain he Spanish style of our development and your company achieved the look. We are very satisfied with the work CS Homes performed, will definitely use them again when needed and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company."

"Excellent company and work crew. Rob was a great informative sales representative. Chris & Tom did an amazing job leveling and lifting out patio slabs. This really saved us over $20,000 from having to tear off our screen room and start all over from scratch! Took 4 hours to complete the process and was well worth the money. We highly recommend this company."
The homeowner's driveway had endured years of wear and tear, resulting in discoloration and numerous cracks across the surface. Additionally, the concrete slabs had become uneven due to the soil settling beneath them.
Due to soil settlement and poorly placed control joints, the customer's driveway had significant cracking. You can see that some stains have formed, indicating that the concrete lacks sealant protection.
The homeowner knew that their home's addition had experienced settlement damage when vertical cracks appeared on the exterior walls.
The homeowner became alarmed when they noticed stair-step cracking patterns emerging from the window frame in the exterior wall of the home.
Upon noticing significant cracks developing in the walls, the homeowner became concerned about their foundation's condition.

Small jobs welcome

"TM&C contacted me right away when I had requested an estimate. Jeff’s knowledge and experience really helped with plans for water diversion before pouring the patio slab. His team works fast and the quality is certainly there."

"Saltwater Constructs was great and fixed our patio which had difficult drainage issues and was not in good shape aesthetically. The patio now drains well now and looks fantastic! Lucas also made recommendations to finish the step with pavers and extent the patio beyond the step to mitigate water flowing into the patio from the high graded landscaping installed by the community. Moreover, Lucas and his team from Saltwater Constructs were super responsive during the entire process. Highly recommended."

Masonry questions, answered by experts

If your old bricks are in decent condition and you have the space to store them where they’ll be protected from the elements, keeping old bricks is often worthwhile. You’d spend anywhere from $70 to a few hundred dollars to have them removed from your property, in which case you won’t be able to use them for future projects. Holding on to old bricks in good condition means you can use them later for other DIY projects, potentially saving yourself some money on disposal and new materials down the road.

Fireclay is a type of clay but it is a type of clay that, because of its chemical composition, can be fired at a much higher temperature than other clays. This results in a denser and more heat-resistant final material. Because of the high percentage of a mineral called kaolin, fireclay sinks are smoother and more durable than other clay types.

Unless you’ve worked in the masonry industry before, it is in your best interest if you hire a pro for any masonry needs. Masonry-related jobs require a high skill level and can be extremely time-consuming. If anything goes wrong, a licensed and insured masonry contractor would be able to take care of the subsequent repairs, giving you additional peace of mind.

You can turn a red brick white through a process called whitewashing. Whitewash isn’t a stain but rather is made from water and white latex paint. Adding more water to the mix will make the solution look lighter when applied, and adding more paint will make it look more white.

In some cases, black stains on brick are caused by organic substances like algae and mold. However, it's more likely that the black spots you're noticing on your bricks come from carbon from vehicle exhaust or soot. Black stains can usually be removed by scrubbing the brick with a brush and masonry cleaner or power washing.
