He said there was no sense paying him several hundred dollars if it was something Duke would fix for free. He advised to call back if Duke couldnâ t help me. I called Duk who arrived in 30 minutes and after examining the wires coming to my home found that one was defective. He repaired it and left. No cost to me. Not even a service call fee from In Charge. I would strongly suggest for any electrical work look no further than In Charge and Robert Bates."
