The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

I liked my encounter and bid from the first company, however, decided to go with CRO due to a lower price (for like-quality materials) which allowed me to increase the number of windows replaced, and because CRO also installed siding and windows for two of my friends who highly recommended the company. From our first meeting to review my needs, Mark McGrath was very calming and continued to be easily contactable and made time to help me with my decisions (which morphed a few times). Once I?d nailed my decisions and the order was placed for the windows to be constructed, the wait time was short even though we were smack dab in the Thanksgiving holiday period.
