"Had a quartz countertop and backsplash installed for my kitchen. Bob the salesman stated a template would be created of the area so when quartz was installed it would fit properly. However after the install the initial grout cracked. The tile guy came out twice to fix still cracked and after a third time he tried a flexible caulk. Still a large portion that shows continues to pull away from seam and open up. It’s been two years of repairsand consistent calls this past 6 months to try and redo the caulk to no avail. I finally stopped in to the store front again and spoke to Chris, who was very understanding however the problem still exists. I asked for the caulking and said I’d do it myself. After spending over 6 thousand dollars on the counter top and wall tiles they could have at least try to remedy the problem. Beware of customer service after the fact."

"They did a beautiful job on my pool restoration! Unfortunately the contractor they used for my pavers did a very poor job . The pavers from the beginning had issues with stains and chips that were replaced but after a simple pressure washing by The pool company more chips occurred, the sanding was incomplete and the pavers are uneven. For 6 weeks I have called, text, emailed the pool company to stand behind the paving company to make this right. NO ONE returns my calls or emails. We paid over 14K for this project cash and they are not helping us with the paver issue. After 25 years in business I would think you would want to keep your good reputation."

"Jim came to the house to look at the job, offered good suggestions and gave us an estimate. Several months passed before we were ready for the Thin Brick but Jim remembered the whole project. First he applied a water barrier to the wall and let it dry. Then Jim and Steve marked the wall for the running bond pattern. Steve applied the brick and mortar. The whole job was completed in one day and it looks great. Good workmanship and a big improvement to the office."
