Trinity Tile & Stone

Had a quartz countertop and backsplash installed for my kitchen. Bob the salesman stated a template would be created of the area so when quartz was installed it would fit properly. However after the install the initial grout cracked. The tile guy came out twice to fix still cracked and after a third time he tried a flexible caulk. Still a large portion that shows continues to pull away from seam and open up. It’s been two years of repairsand consistent calls this past 6 months to try and redo the caulk to no avail. I finally stopped in to the store front again and spoke to Chris, who was very understanding however the problem still exists. I asked for the caulking and said I’d do it myself. After spending over 6 thousand dollars on the counter top and wall tiles they could have at least try to remedy the problem. Beware of customer service after the fact.

I scheduled the estimate and Bob showed up,  very nice guy).  Bob was very professional and provided me an estimate for the job that I thought was reasonably priced. He did indicate that they were 2 weeks out on repairs, but would  see if they could get it done sooner.  Bob called the next day and indicated they had an opening and the tile guy would be at my house on the following Monday.
The tile guy showed up, was also very professional and courteous. He indicated that this was a bit more work than what he originally thought, but completed the job in about 4-5 hours. They were very clean and efficient. The tiles replaced look great.

From start to finish the service was great.  They are responsive and willing to work through all obstacles.  We found the tile and medallion at different locations, Trinity Tile ordered the tile and we ordered the medallion.  They started the job early and when we changed our minds to include more area, they were willing to accommodate us. There was one tile that was gorged during the medallion installation and they replaced it no problem.
The doors were adjusted to accommodate the new tiles and the mess was kept to a minimum. Trinity Tile was very professional and the job looks great, I am really impressed on the cuts in the tile to match the walls and corners in the house.  Really wonderful!

Hired Trinity Tile to install backsplash in our new home for the kitchen, the crew did a awesome job and in a timely manner.  This was the second time I hired this company and I plan on hiring them again to do more work.  I highly recommend them as the cost for the quality you will receive is worth it.

They were on time, flexible when we had an issue with the plumbing (not connected to their work), courteous, did a great job with the install - neat, perfect spacing..  tile and install were both reasonably priced, and end result looks fabulous.  Will definitely use them again.

The choosing of the tiles in the store was a informative and pleasent experience. The workers clean, on time and respective.

It was not great, they were not on time and you know they knew we had a tight dead line, I guess they live far away and some of them were really loud and they could not come across the work very professionally. I thought the work that was done was very good. I thought their price compared to other people was fare..

Installers on time and professional each day. Had heard/read horror stories about laying the plank tiles and how perfect they had to be done to get a great finished look. These guys did a fabulous job. Everything looks fantastic - we're very happy with the results! Will definitely use in the future for other flooring needs.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Showroom had a large variety and selection, and staff worked with me to select accent tile based on budget and style, and we were able to get a nicer finished look than we first anticipated. Staff was always on-time and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Coordinated well with the plumber to take care of plumbing needs. Was very pleased.

They were excellent and I was very pleased with them. They did a perfect job. The people I dealt with were very nice and good. Trinity Tile and Stone is a good company. They came on time and put the tiles in perfectly. Everything went very smoothly. The price was good because I priced it out with another flooring company and the other flooring company was $700 more.
